My career began with my hands: labor, blue-collar work, the kind that teaches you what a day’s effort is worth. Eventually, a finance degree opened doors to the prestigious, high-paying roles I once only imagined, and I walked through them. Yet even in the “dream job,” something was missing, because the path laid out in front of me was 40 years of work before I would be able to retire. I couldn’t shake this one quote: “If you don’t build your dream, someone else will hire you to build theirs.” Baby Blue Enterprises exists because I choose to follow my dream: building and owning assets, one idea at a time.
